Most small-business sites are built on heavy page builders that are slow, need constant patching, and quietly charge a monthly fee forever. A static website is the opposite: plain HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript, hand-built for you and served straight from a global content-delivery network.
There is no database and no server-side code, so there is almost nothing to attack and nothing to keep patching. Pages arrive in milliseconds, search engines love the speed, and your hosting bill on a free static CDN tier is, for ordinary brochure traffic, zero. You pay once for the build and you own the result.

From brief to live in a few days
A short, no-nonsense process — you send the content, you get a live site.
- 1. Tell me about it — what the site is for, who it is for, and any look you have in mind. A paragraph is enough to start.
- 2. Send copy & images — your text, logo and any photos. No copy yet? I can help shape it.
- 3. Build & review — I hand-build the site and send you a preview link to check on your own phone and laptop.
- 4. Go live — the site is deployed to the CDN, pointed at your domain if you have one, and handed over.

Terms
What R400 covers. A single responsive page, your supplied copy and images, basic on-page SEO and deployment to a free static host. Additional pages, custom functionality, stock imagery, copywriting and a custom domain are extra and quoted before any work starts.
Hosting. Typical brochure sites run free on a static CDN tier. If your traffic outgrows the free tier, any hosting cost is yours and quoted in advance — there is no surprise bill from me.
You own it. The source files are yours on handover. No lock-in, no mandatory retainer.
